Good morning! A rather crisp morning here in T.O.Temperatures are dipping down already. We had frost in some parts. It's almost mid October. This past long weekend I cut down my culinary herb garden in the balcony. All other plants came inside as well.
Small bunches are hanging from a coat rack away from the sun. We have Lavender, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme. In a few days when they are dry I will strip all leaves from their stalks and place them in labeled see through jars.
I have to say that although we had a great harvest of Basil you can read more about it here, the rest of the culinary herbs did not grow that much. I blame the dry and extremely hot Summer we had. Do you agree?
Can't wait to use them in my kitchen!
