Dividing Geraniums: Take new clippings and make new plants

Fall is a great time to take new clippings and make new plants. I do this with my old Geraniums. Old means also big plants that might benefit from taking weight off them.

I rarely buy any new Geraniums. They make great gifts for family and friends.
They grow inside on windowsills during the cold months and come right out to the balcony in the Spring.
Geraniums look great in hanging planters. Make sure you feed them often. They will keep blooming longer.
If you take good care of them they last for so many years! I have them in many colours.

Their flowers are absolutely beautiful. You can dry and press them. Try!
