Indoor Gardening: Tradescantia Nanouk. Variegated purple-pink
Indoor Gardening: Tradescantia Nanouk. Pink and Purple beauty.I hope you are warm and well. It's freezing today here in T.O. Another cloudy day with light snow. Groundhog Day is fast approaching and as many I want to know how soon Spring will be arriving. Don't you?
Regardless of 2023 Spring predictions I have read it seems like it has already arrived at home. If you read my previous post you know that Oxalis Triangularis has started blooming. It was such a beautiful surprise!
Today's post is about a Tradescantia Nanouk I recently found by chance during a visit to one of my favorite nurseries. This beauty got my attention for its beautiful pink and purple colours. It really stood out.
After just a few days it started blooming!
I read that bright to indirect light keeps Tradescantia Nanouk happy. It is now growing in the kitchen indoor garden under LED lights. I water it once a week and make sure the soil is dry enough to do so. By the way, kitchens are good places to grow plants that need humidity.
These photos above show the blooming process. I love watching how plants develop, grow and bloom. It's magical. Look at the flower! So beautiful and delicate.
Get yourself a Tradescantia Nanouk and add it to your indoor garden. So worth it.
Happy gardening!
